Training
Mischa is now available for one on one training sessions, beginning in 2010.
She can work with people at any level, from those who just want to improve their fitness and tone up to those who might want to take boxing training to the next level and might even want to try sparring with a view to competing. She can work with both men and women, in pairs and in groups.
She will show you the fitness, and overall benefits of boxing training and how it can improve cardio endurance, core strength, agility and explosive power, giving your whole body a workout. Boxing training is mentally as well as physically challenging, but the rewards are many. It can build confidence and self-discipline that can enhance other aspects of daily life.
